Pasta arrabiata is a primo (first course) served in Italy and throughout the world.
The arrabiata sauce, as typically made in Abruzzo, includes a bit of hot peppers (pepperoncini). At the guesthouse Casale, the sauce is cooked for approximtely 30-40 minutes.
